TariffCheck is a free reference tool that surfaces Indian customs duty rates, HS code information, FTA preferential rates, anti-dumping duty notifications, and related compliance data sourced from ICEGATE and CBIC.

3. Not Legal or Financial Advice

Information on this site is provided for general reference. Tariff rates, classifications, notifications, and policy data may change, contain errors, or be incomplete. You must verify all rates with CBIC, ICEGATE, or a licensed customs broker before filing any bill of entry, shipping bill, or making commercial decisions. We are not a substitute for professional advice.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service in a way that bypasses our rate limits or harms availability for other users
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data as a primary or substantial component of a commercial product
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

Underlying tariff data is published by Indian customs authorities (CBIC / ICEGATE) and is in the public domain. Our presentation, calculations, codebase, and design are proprietary. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
